1. Assessment

2. Concept Development and Consultation
We commit to delivering a summary document of the assessment and a proposed solution or potential development points within one week. The proposal and recommendations are then reviewed together, and we provide a binding offer based on the agreed direction.

3. Implementation and Installation
Within four weeks of the order, we begin and, if possible, complete the setup and commissioning of the requested solution.

4. Handover and Implementation Support
After completing the setup and configuring the online interface, the flexible, customized system is handed over, followed by training. As part of the operational phase, we provide refresher training once a year.

5. Operation
Following the handover, we provide a warranty for system performance.
